Water Depth: 3.0 ft to 5.0 ft (shallow throughout)
Pool Heating: Optional, heated to an optimal comfort range—typically 86–92°F
Spa Heating: Heats up to 103°F
Jacuzzi Jets: Strong pressure for a full spa experience
LED Lighting: Color-changing lights for nighttime ambiance
Water Filtration: Automated daily
Cleaning Schedule: Tuesdays & Fridays

There is no lifeguard on duty. Use the pool and spa at your own risk.
Always swim with another person nearby
Verify water depth before entering
No running or pushing in the pool area
Diving is strictly prohibited due to shallow depth
Emergency Information
In an emergency, call 911 immediately, then contact guest relations.
The first aid kit is located under the bathroom vanity near the property’s side entrance.
Spa Controls
The spa control panel is located on the wall adjacent to the spa.
To turn on the spa jets, press the “Spa” button.
There may be a brief delay before the jets reach full pressure.The spa operates on a 30-minute timer and will shut off automatically.
To restart the jets, press the “Spa” button again.To turn the jets off at any time, press the “Spa” button once more.

Press the “Lights” button to turn on the pool and spa lights.
To change the color scheme, press the “Lights” button again.
After a brief pause, the lighting color will change.Repeat this step to cycle through available color options.
To turn the lights off, press and hold the “Lights” button.
Lights will also automatically turn off after 2 hours to conserve energy.When turned back on, the lights will return to the last color used.

This property includes a swimming pool, a hot tub, and an outdoor shower. These features carry inherent risks, including physical injury, property damage, or death.
By using the pool, spa, or outdoor shower, you and your occupants assume all risks associated with these activities and release the property owner and management from liability.
Hot tub use is not recommended for:
Pregnant individuals
Children under 12
Intoxicated persons
Individuals with heart conditions or other health concerns
Please consult a medical professional if you have any health-related questions.
Food and beverages are not permitted in or around the hot tub.
Helpful Tips
For the best spa experience, turn on the spa 30 minutes before use so the water can reach the ideal temperature of 103°F.
Please use the outdoor shower before entering the pool or spa.
