House Rules

• Check-out is at 10:00 AM on your departure day.

• For questions about check-out time, please contact Guest Relations.

• Smoking, events, parties, and large gatherings are not permitted.

• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

• Glassware is not permitted on the front patio or pool patio.

• Please use the designated outdoor drinkware and plates located in the bar cabinet.

• Keep the main outdoor dining table covered when not in use.

• During bad weather, ensure all outdoor furniture is properly covered.

• Furniture covers are stored in the deck box near the outdoor shower.

• Close and secure the cantilever sun umbrellas at sundown, during strong winds, and whenever leaving the property.

• No pets allowed.

• Keep all doors securely closed at all times to prevent desert wildlife from entering the home.
