Checkout Instructions
Overview
Checkout is by 10:00 AM unless a late checkout is confirmed by your host. Timely departures allow our cleaning team to properly prepare the home for incoming guests.
Before You Go
Please review and complete the following:
Gather used towels
Place all used towels on the bathroom floor.Dispose of trash
Remove all trash, including food and beverages, from the refrigerator and pantry. Place trash and recycling in the bins located in the carport.Turn everything off
Switch off the HVAC mini-splits, ceiling fans, television, Sonos system, BBQ grill, fire pit, hot tub, and all lights.Load the dishwasher
Start the dishwasher.
Hand-washed dishes may be left out to dry.Return furniture
If any furniture was moved, please return it to its original position.Outdoor furniture care
Leave covers off outdoor furniture (May–October), except for the dining table under the pergola, which must be covered upon departure.Lock up securely
Ensure the pool gate is locked. Confirm all screens, sliding doors, and main entry doors are also closed and locked.
