Overview
Enjoy outdoor cooking at our BBQ Grilling Station. Please follow the steps below to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
Igniting the Grill
Make sure all control knobs are in the Off position.
Push and turn the ignition knob to the Ignite position.
Press the battery-powered ignition button until the burner lights.
If the burner does not light after several attempts, check the battery and confirm the gas line is turned on.

Turn the corresponding knob to the Ignite position.
Allow the burner to reach a high temperature.
Place the meat on the sear burner for a few minutes on each side to create sear marks.
Best Practices for Searing
Preheat the sear burner before placing food
Use high-quality cuts suitable for searing
Monitor food closely to avoid overcooking
Using the Warming Rack
Place buns or food on the elevated warming rack
Lower the main burners to gently warm or melt cheese
Cleaning the Grill
Clean grill grates after each use with a grill brush
Inspect and clean flame tamers as needed
Remove and clean the drip tray to prevent grease buildup
Troubleshooting
Grill Fails to Ignite
Replace ignition batteries
Confirm the gas line is turned on
Burners Not Heating Evenly
Contact guest relations
Frequent Flare-Ups
Clean flame tamers
Empty and clean the drip tray
Safety Precautions
Never leave the grill unattended while in use
Turn the grill completely off after cooking
If you smell gas, leave the area immediately and call the fire department
Do not move the grill if gas is detected
Keep children at least 3 feet away
Use long-handled grilling tools
The closest fire extinguisher and fire blanket are in the far-left cabinet of the grilling station.
